About Goldstein & Taylor

Michael D. Goldstein is a psychologist and consultant to business. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, and taught at several colleges and universities, serving at Department Chair at Washington College and Lawrence University. He has published numerous articles in scientific journals. His research and practice in physiological stress, health, and work in his positions in Cardiovascular Medicine, Endocrinology, and Psychiatry at the Medical College of Wisconsin led him to co-found Goldstein & Taylor. Dr. Goldstein helps organizations promote excellence, sustain peak performance, and promote achievement of worklife goals. He has special interest and expertise in facilitating maximal achievement of individuals and organizations in the help desk and service desk industry. He is a member of the Help Desk Institute, and a founding member of the Individual Certification Standards Committee (ICSC), which is developing certification levels for help desk and support professionals.
